What is Speaker's Bureau?

The Speaker’s Bureau was designed as a tool to create and maintain personal relationships with members of the Spokane community, specifically regarding the importance of media literacy. Several presentations concerning the media and its impact have been designed for the speaker to give to organizations around the area. These presentations deal with everything from advertising to body image to the role of media in parenting, and range in length from 10 minutes to a half hour. They can also be specifically tailored to meet the needs of the organization requesting a presentation.

Some topics include:

ADVERTISING - Humor, Sex, and Fear: What Advertising Really Sells
